I see cakes everywhere.....
.....the other day we took family outing to a park by a lake and saw a swan family......
.....or many birds come visit my garden
.....my kids are full of inspirations....my little son after spotting his favourite thing - MOTORCYCLE - asked me if I can make him a motorcycle cake. Well, here comes the challenge. But I am in. Let the fun begin!

In the craft world, this show /Canada's Baking & Sweets Show/ was something like the Oscars. Everyone there made the most of their hobbies or skills in baking. I was amazed to see a cake contest...from simple orange pumpkin to a magnificent halloween monster cake...please see my pictures below...just too perfect to eat. I grew a little bit taller when I met the most famous and talented pastry chef - Bronwen Weber.
It was "homegrown' and gifted! I came back refreshed and ready to bake again!
